The Tuesday WRAP – National Resident Survey shows retirement villages top-rated sector for customer satisfaction

The rolling results from DCM Research’s 2020 National Resident Survey are coming in with interesting takeaways for the retirement village sector at large.

But the headline is surely the incredible Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 40, a significant 60% jump of the then impressive 25 recorded in DCM Research’s 2018 survey.

As DCM Group Chris Baynes explains in this week’s Thursday WRAP, there are a variety of factors that might be contributing to this strong result.

But more than anything it illustrates the great work village managers have been doing keeping their residents safe and keeping COVID out of village settings.

With more than 4,800 residents giving the retirement village sector a big tick of approval, this is a result that should be acknowledged and celebrated.
