The last issue of The Daily RESOURCE to be published this week

As many of our subscribers may already be aware, the DCM Group has decided to call time on The Daily RESOURCE newsletter.

The Daily RESOURCE started when COVID-19 struck, causing disruptions to The Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety and the publication of our newsletter, The Daily Commission.

Edited by Lauren Broomham, The Daily RESOURCE was designed to give providers a snapshot of the unique operating conditions 2020 had created, providing clarity during COVID and making sure sector-specific stories that larger publications might not have capacity to cover, saw the light of day.

It’s been a tumultuous year for everyone, and we know from direct feedback many of our readers have found these daily updates invaluable during this difficult time.

But all good things must come to an end, and as Australia enters recovery mode it’s time to look ahead to some of the exciting new projects 2021 is sure to bring.

DCM Group CEO Chris Baynes says it’s been quite a ride.

“We created the RESOURCE back in March in response to that new thing called COVID, not knowing where it would take us,” says Chris.

“Our Editor Lauren Broomham, supported by her colleagues Ben Squires and Jill Donaldson, did a great job talking to the leaders in the field and scouring all the media as COVID attacked the retirement living and aged care sector.”

The DCM Group will continue to publish our media The Tuesday SOURCE and The Thursday SOURCE as per usual, bringing the big stories in retirement living and aged care.

In less than 12 months the DCM Group will have published over 180 issues of the Daily RESOURCE – quite an achievement for a publication that only started this year.

Join us this week as we look back on a year like no other, and count down to the last issue.
