The Thursday WRAP – Signature Care and Premier Health Care sector success stories

Signature Care and Premier Health Care are two private providers proving that there is still plenty of money to be made in residential care.

In this week’s Thursday WRAP, DCM Group editor Lauren Broomham examines what these traditional family-run operators are doing right.

And the dividends this extra effort is paying, are obvious.

Graeme Croft’s Signature is planning to expand to 16 aged care homes across four states within the next three years. And Premier, run by the Padman family, has six new aged care homes in the works in South Australia and Queensland.

As Lauren explains, both Signature and Premier are operating effectively and using technology to gain an extra edge in the market.

Not only does this reduce inefficiencies, but it increases regulatory compliance.

And that’s a good news for residents.

After a year many providers would likely want to forget, Signature and Premier are a reminder that there are still people in the aged care sector who are thinking big – and planning ahead for a bigger future.
